It's been raining here, but I wouldn't hope for finding any sort of flower for cover, because it's also still very much winter. Brrr! I mean, I love winter and, sure, I love rain too, but I hate winter rain. It's so inconvenient. If anything, please just freeze so we can get some snow - Georgia needs snow. But, nonetheless, this picture's cute and deserves some first-blog-post kind of credibility anyway. That is one smart chipmunk.
That being said, I also think this blog post needs a little introduction, so I'll do just that. I'll have it on my "About Me" page for later reference. I'll try to keep it as short and sweet as I can, but I have the tendency to ramble and I'm doing as much as possible to avoid studying for midterms. Oi. But, like I said, I'll try.
My name is Samantha Wade. Growing up, my mom always said I inherited "chipmunk cheeks" from her side of the family, and it's true, I have some chubby cheeks. I also talk in this high-pitch, squeaky voice from time-to-time; thankfully, I don't actually talk like that.

I'm 19 years old, and I'm a full-time college student, majoring in Nursing. My first passion in life is helping people and encouraging others. Whoever you are, I'm your helping hand, and your shoulder to cry on. My policy is that no one ever feels alone in my presence.With that,my life revolves around all things music and art, family, friends, and especially God. Without these, I wouldn't be where I am today. Although struggling, I'm happy, and I've overcome many barriers. Without those things, life would not be beautiful.
I love to write - specifically fiction driven to the young and the young-at-heart, and to the lovers of pure fantasy. I have nothing published as of yet, but I am looking forward to sharing some of my work with my blog readers. My love of writing is the reason I started blogging.
In general, I love to create. Cooking, painting, playing guitar, cross-stitching, and crafting things. These are just a few of the things that add up to my interests, but I'll stop their for your sanity's sake.
I have 3 pets:
Jake, Trip, and Opie. Trip currently only has one eye - long story. All of these guys are awesome, and you'll see them plenty more throughout the blog, I assure you.
I have a boyfriend:
His name is TJ. We started dating at the beginning of our senior year of high school. The first picture was taken the day we graduated. We've been together since. Words can't express how much I absolutely love this man. Aren't we the cutest? ;)
I have several great friends, but I only have one best friend (Rhianna):
